Introducing Warehouse x The British Museum: The Charles Rennie Mackintosh Collection. Presenting an exclusive capsule championing the artwork of the renowned artist and the second collaboration with The British Museum.

The Charles Rennie Mackintosh Collection.Famed for his contribution and influence to the Art Nouveau movement, the Scottish-born artist was best known for his linear grid-style designs and intricate florals. Chosen for his delicate yet structural sketches, Mackintosh's designs have been reinterpreted into abstract prints to create eclectic, heirloom pieces.

Adorned on palettes of primary colours, the capsule of sweeping dresses and timeless separates pays homage to Mackintosh's iconic artwork with detailed placements and repetition. Flattering silhouettes are peppered with feminine touches including draping, ruffles and ruching, each piece celebrates Mackintosh's signature handwriting for a modern aesthetic.

"Warehouse is a brand steeped in heritage and we love to collaborate with historical art. Charles Rennie Mackintosh was an obvious choice for us once we saw the collection of original artworks. We discovered an archive of beautiful botanical water-colours, so using new placements with bold, bright backgrounds, we've created a really exciting range for summer and beyond."
