100% Polypropylene. Pile height: 5 mm. Weatherproof, dirt-repellent, and suitable for underfloor heating. Unroll your rug as soon as possible to help it settle naturally. When first laid out, creases or fold lines may appear which is normal and temporary. Depending on the fold’s tension, it may take a few days to a week to flatten completely. To speed up the process, gently fold the rug in the opposite direction of the creases, vacuum to loosen the fibres, and place furniture on the rug or walk over it regularly to encourage it to lie flat. For everyday maintenance, vacuum regularly and wipe clean with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, the rug can be pressure-washed if required.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
