Unroll immediately after delivery and allow the rug to settle naturally; temporary creases are normal and will flatten over time. Gently fold against creases if required, vacuum regularly to loosen fibres and remove surface dust, place furniture or walk over the rug to help it settle evenly, and use professional cleaning to maintain texture, structure and appearance long term.
