  Hermes Parcel Shop is a parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide ParcelShops open from early until late, 7 days a week.

  You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.

  Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at boohoo. Delivery to your nearest ParcelShops will be between 12:00 and 18:00. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery. A form of identification will need to be produced when collecting the parcel

• Returns info

  Warehouse UK returns are £2 (FREE for Warehouse Limitless customers) and easy! £2 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount.

  We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days from the date your parcel arrived.

  For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned. We please ask you try on swimwear and lingerie over your own underwear and ensure to keep the seal intact.
