I’m Kara, I’m a model, artist and mum.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR COLLECTION

I’ve based my collection on old western movies, old cowboy films and I’ve designed all these little motifs of cowboy boots, cactuses and cowboys!

WHEN DID TUFTLUCK START?

Tuftluck start in January this year, it was just a natural progression. I saw somebody doing tufting on Instagram and thought ‘I really wanna do this’, so I bought a gun. My first piece was a Gummo piece from the Gummo movie and then it spiralled from there.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO GO DOWN THE WESTERN ROUTE?

What inspired me to go down the western route is because I fancy cowboys!
