How long do I have to return an item?

• You have 21 days from the date you receive your item to return it.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

• We don't offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

• Refunds can take up to 14 days from the date your return is posted. It may take an additional 5 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

What condition must items be in?

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original labels attached. Some items (such as cosmetics, swimwear and jewellery) cannot be returned if hygiene seals are broken or faulty.

Please note that a returns charge from £2.49 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount. The process for returning your products is dependant on whether the individual item was supplied by Debenhams or by a Concession Brand. For selected large appliances an additional £50 will be subtracted from your refunded amount to cover the cost of collection.

Q: How do I return an item?

Q: Do I need original packaging?

No - just use secure, non-transparent, waterproof packaging.

Q: Can I return multiple orders in one parcel?

No - please keep orders separate to avoid delays.

Items labelled ‘Sold & Delivered by Debenhams’ are non-concession products fulfilled directly from our distribution centre. All other items are considered concession purchases and are managed by the individual brand.

Q: How do I know who supplied my item?

Items labelled “Sold & Delivered by Debenhams” are fulfilled directly by us. All other items are concession brands and are managed by the brand.

For the avoidance of doubt, Beauty store purchases must be returned to the store, and cannot be returned online. Products purchased online can only be returned online and will not be accepted in the Beauty store.

Store Credit Returns

Q: Can I choose store credit instead of a refund?

Yes - you can select store credit in the returns portal.

Q: What are the benefits of choosing store credit?

You'll receive 20% extra on your refund value and a faster refund process.

Q: Are there any exclusions?

• Store credit is not available for faulty items (please contact customer services instead)

• Orders paid with gift cards or store credit are not eligible for the 20% bonus

Q: How long is store credit valid for?

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Q: Can I change my refund method after selecting store credit?

No - once selected, this cannot be changed.

Q: What if I return multiple items from the same order?

Your first refund choice (credit or original payment method) will apply to all returns from that order.

Q: Does store credit apply to concession items?

You can select store credit for these items, but it will be issued as Warehouse credit only.

Q: How do I return a concession brand item?

You must return it directly to the brand that supplied it, using their returns process.

Check your delivery note or the returns information provided online.

Q: Are there return fees?

A one-off £2.99 fee applies per return.

Q: What if I ordered from multiple concession brands?

Each item must be returned to the relevant brand separately.

We reserve the right to withhold refunds or restrict accounts where misuse is suspected.

Seel Extended Warranty

When you purchase Seel Worry Free Purchase Product, you can initiate returns within seven (7) days after expiration of Warehouse standard return window period. For example, if Warehouse offers 14 days for returns and you purchase the Worry Free Purchase Product, you shall have an additional 7 days starting from day 15, giving you until day 21 from delivery to initiate a return.

Seel shall issue you with return shipping labels for all Worry Free Purchase Product returns in accordance with Seel’s standard policies and procedures for processing returns. The return shipping label provided by Seel shall have Seel’s address. You must return the product within seven (7) days from initiating the return request.

Unless you have separately purchased the Return Shipping add-on product, you shall be solely responsible for the cost of return shipping and any other costs of returning a product under the Worry Free Purchase Product. If you purchased the Return Shipping add-on product, Seel shall cover return shipping costs in accordance with the Return Shipping terms. Seel shall take receipt of each product returned under the Worry Free Purchase Product and inspect the item.
