Unroll your rug as soon as possible to allow it to settle naturally. Creases or fold lines are normal and will gradually disappear within a few days. To help speed up the process, you can gently fold the rug in the opposite direction, vacuum it, or place light furniture on top. For added stability and to prevent slipping, we recommend using a rug gripper. Regular vacuuming will keep your rug looking fresh and help extend its lifespan.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
