You may notice creases or fold lines when first laying out your rug, which is completely normal and will flatten out within a few days. To speed up the process, gently fold the rug in the opposite direction, vacuum it, or place light furniture on top. For better stability and to prevent slipping, we recommend using a rug gripper. Regular vacuuming will help keep your rug clean and well-maintained.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
